Dat Tien Chung is a Ph.D. student at the Knight Foundation School of Computing & Information Sciences (KFSCIS) at Florida International University, where he conducts research under the supervision of Dr. Fahad Saeed in the Precision Computational Health and Biomedical Data Science Lab (PCDS Lab). His research focuses on developing deep learning methods for spatial proteomics to uncover spatial patterns in protein organization and support biomedical discovery. Before joining the PCDS Lab, he worked on data-efficient learning for medical image analysis, including semi-supervised multimodal brain tumor segmentation, weakly supervised segmentation, and learning-based methods for breast ultrasound and mammography.
